When you phone or email us with a Bid4Spots brief, here are a few things we automatically do:
Firstly, we run your Target Audience against all stations on RAJAR (radio audience measurement). This is to ascertain which stations will provide you the least wastage and maximum efficiency. Before deciding which stations to invite to the auction, we look at things like Reach Index; Hours Index; Target Reach and TSA (the location each station covers) to make sure that the station really does fit.
Next up, the Bid4Spots team will email you the station maps, profiles and advice on how best to structure the auction itself.
Once this is approved, we set up the auction for you and the stations will be bidding against each other to win your business in Thursday’s auction. We phone and email you with your results and your airtime scheduled for the following week.
After the campaign has finished, the Bid4Spots team will provide you with a full Post Campaign Analysis.
